Ingredients

  • 1 cup calamansi juice (or 3/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup orange juice)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • 1 ounce gin
  • Candied lime or lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring calamansi juice (or lemon juice and orange juice), sugar, and water to a simmer over medium-low heat.
  2. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let it cool.
