Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Japanese Whisky (such as Suntory Toki)
  • 3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. Amaro Montenegro
  • 1 dash Angostura orange bitters
  • 1 lemon peel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Japanese whisky, Dolin Blanc vermouth, Amaro Montenegro, and Angostura orange bitters in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the ingredients until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
