Ingredients
- 1 small Clementine, halved and thinly sliced into half-rounds
- 1/2 small Lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cinnamon stick (3-inch)
- 1/2 Star anise
- 4 oz. Cabernet Sauvignon red wine
- 1/8 cup Cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/8 cup Pomegranate juice
- 1/2 tbsp Orange-flavored liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau
- 1/8 cup Unsweetened flavored seltzer, lemon lime flavor
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the sliced clementines, lemon, cinnamon sticks, star anise, red wine, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and orange liqueur.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in the flavored seltzer.
- Serve the sangria over ice and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
