Ingredients
- 3/4 oz St-Germain liqueur
- 1/4 oz superfine sugar
- 5-6 green grapes
- 1 tangerine
- 1/4 small ruby red grapefruit
- 4 oz Prosecco
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the St-Germain liqueur and superfine sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the green grapes, tangerine slices, and ruby red grapefruit segments to the mixture and combine well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 3 hours.
- To serve, spoon a portion of the fruit and about 1 tablespoon of the liquid into a glass.
- Pour 4 oz of chilled Prosecco into each glass.
