Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz St-Germain liqueur
  • 1/4 oz superfine sugar
  • 5-6 green grapes
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1/4 small ruby red grapefruit
  • 4 oz Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the St-Germain liqueur and superfine sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the green grapes, tangerine slices, and ruby red grapefruit segments to the mixture and combine well.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 3 hours.
  4. To serve, spoon a portion of the fruit and about 1 tablespoon of the liquid into a glass.
  5. Pour 4 oz of chilled Prosecco into each glass.
