Ingredients
- 1 oz Pear Brandy
- 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1.50 oz dry gin
- Sugar-Salt (for rim)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3-4 sprigs rosemary (each 4-5 inches long)
- 1/2 teaspoon cane sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Rosemary Simple Syrup by boiling water and sugar, then simmering with rosemary and allowing it to cool.
- Create a sugar-salt rim by mixing cane sugar and kosher salt on a plate, then coating the rim of the glass with it.
- Fill a shaker 2/3 full with ice, rinse it, and add pear brandy, rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice, and gin.
- Shake vigorously for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a tip of rosemary.
