Ingredients

  • 1/4 orange, sliced
  • 1/4 blood orange (if in season), sliced
  • 1/4 lime, sliced
  • 1/4 red grapefruit, sliced
  • 3 oz dry Spanish white wine (Garnacha Blanca)
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, strained (no pulp)
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Patron recommended)
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • 1 tbsp fresh cranberries or pomegranate arils, for garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Slice the orange, blood orange, lime, and grapefruit into 1/4" slices and place them in a pitcher or serving container.
  2. Pour the dry Spanish white wine, fresh orange juice, and orange liqueur over the sliced fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Stir in the club soda just before serving and pour the sangria over ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
