Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg White
- Ice
Instructions
- Measure 2 oz of bourbon and pour it into a cocktail shaker.
- Squeeze 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice and add it to the shaker.
- Pour 1/2 oz of simple syrup into the shaker.
- Crack an egg and carefully separate the white from the yolk. Add 1/2 oz of the egg white to the shaker.
- Secure the top of the shaker and shake the ingredients vigorously for at least 10 seconds (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker and continue shaking for another 10 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the drink.
