  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons double chocolate hot cocoa mix (Ghirardelli brand)
  • 2 1/2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream Liquor
  • Extra creamy squirt whipped topping (Reddi Whip brand)
  • Chocolate sauce for ice cream or drinks (Ghirardelli brand)
  • Semi-sweet chocolate shavings (Ghirardelli baking bar)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe large coffee mug (12 to 14-ounce capacity), add the whole milk and microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds.
  2. Whisk the double chocolate hot cocoa mix into the hot milk until it is smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Whisk the Baileys Original Irish Cream into the mug of hot chocolate.
  4. Garnish with a squirt of whipped topping, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and semi-sweet chocolate shavings.
