Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.50 oz simple syrup
- 0.50 oz green chartreuse
- 1 tsp cilantro-cucumber puree
- 2 slices jalapeño, seeds removed
- Fresh cilantro leaf for garnish
- Cucumber ribbon for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Gently muddle the jalapeño slices in a shaker.
- Add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, Green Chartreuse, and cilantro-cucumber puree to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass to remove any small pieces of jalapeño or herbs.
- Garnish with a fresh cilantro leaf floating on top and a cucumber ribbon spiraled inside the glass.
