  • 1/2 cup dairy-free condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup whisky (Jameson's Whisky recommended)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup soy cream or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate sauce (or 1 teaspoon cocoa powder)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (mixed with a little water to form a paste)

Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate sauce, vanilla extract, and instant coffee in a cup until the coffee dissolves.
  2. Add this mixture along with the remaining ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend after adding the condensed 'milk' (ensure it's cooled if homemade).
  4. Gradually pour in the measured whisky and blend until combined, avoiding over-blending.
  5. Pour the liqueur into a 1-liter container and chill in the fridge.
