Ingredients

  • Drizzle of vegan caramel sauce
  • 1.50 oz vegan Irish cream liqueur
  • 1.50 oz Disaronno (or other vegan-friendly amaretto)
  • 2.50 oz soya milk
  • 2.50 oz soya cream
  • Rosemary, for garnish
  • Dairy-free dark chocolate, grated (optional)
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drizzle vegan caramel sauce around the glass, turning it to create a swirling effect.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vegan Irish cream liqueur, Disaronno, soya milk, and soya cream with a few ice cubes.
  4. Shake well and strain into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and optionally add a grating of dairy-free dark chocolate or some sea salt flakes.
