Ingredients
- Drizzle of vegan caramel sauce
- 1.50 oz vegan Irish cream liqueur
- 1.50 oz Disaronno (or other vegan-friendly amaretto)
- 2.50 oz soya milk
- 2.50 oz soya cream
- Rosemary, for garnish
- Dairy-free dark chocolate, grated (optional)
- Sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Drizzle vegan caramel sauce around the glass, turning it to create a swirling effect.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vegan Irish cream liqueur, Disaronno, soya milk, and soya cream with a few ice cubes.
- Shake well and strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and optionally add a grating of dairy-free dark chocolate or some sea salt flakes.
