Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
  • 1 oz. Taylor port (the sweeter the better)
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 1/2 oz. heavy cream
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Valentine sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the martini glass by rubbing the rim with lime or lemon, then rolling it in Valentine sprinkles.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the bourbon, Taylor port, Kahlua, and heavy cream to the shaker.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously for 10 seconds.
