Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz rose syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime wedge
  • 1 cup frozen and crushed cranberry juice
  • 2 pieces Turkish delight

Instructions

  1. Freeze the cranberry juice in resealable plastic bags until solid and flat.
  2. Wash off the powdered sugar from the Turkish delights and freeze them.
  3. Place the frozen cranberry juice in a tea towel and crush it with a rolling pin or heavy object.
  4. Put one frozen Turkish delight in the bottom of a cocktail glass.
  5. Add the crushed cranberry juice on top.
  6. Mix the vodka, rose syrup, and lime juice together and pour over the crushed cranberry juice.
  7. Serve with a garnish of mint or your herb of choice.
