Ingredients

  • 1 oz Plantation 5 rum
  • 1 oz Jamaican rum
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon maraschino cherry syrup
  • 4 oz crushed ice
  • Pineapple fronds, for garnish
  • Pitted cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Plantation 5 rum, Jamaican rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and maraschino cherry syrup in a blender.
  2. Add crushed ice to the blender.
  3. Blend all ingredients on high for 5-10 seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a pitted cherry.
