Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1.50 cups ice, divided
  • 6 tablespoons rum, divided
  • 6 tablespoons agave nectar, divided
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, 1/2 cup ice, 2 tablespoons rum, 2 tablespoons agave, and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Blend until smooth, then transfer to a small bowl and place in the freezer.
  2. Blend frozen mango, 1/2 cup ice, 2 tablespoons rum, 2 tablespoons agave, and 1 tablespoon lime juice until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and place in the freezer.
  3. Blend frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup ice, 2 tablespoons rum, 2 tablespoons agave, and 1 tablespoon lime juice until smooth.
  4. To assemble the cocktail, pour a layer of the frozen pineapple mixture into glasses, followed by a layer of the frozen strawberry mixture and a layer of the frozen mango mixture. Garnish with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
