Ingredients

  • 2 oz Mount Gay Rum
  • 2/3 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Licor 43
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chartreuse
  • 2 large strawberries

Instructions

  1. Muddle one strawberry in a shaker tin.
  2. Add Mount Gay Rum, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, Licor 43, and Green Chartreuse to the shaker tin.
  3. Add plenty of ice to the shaker tin.
  4. Shake the mixture well.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with a whole strawberry.
