Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup ice, divided
  • 2 tablespoons rum, divided
  • 2 tablespoons agave, divided
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, divided
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, 1/4 cup ice, 1 tablespoon rum, 1 tablespoon agave, and 1/2 tablespoon lime juice. Blend until smooth and transfer to a small bowl placed in the freezer.
  2. Blend frozen mango, 1/4 cup ice, 1 tablespoon rum, 1 tablespoon agave, and 1/2 tablespoon lime juice until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl placed in the freezer.
  3. Blend frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup ice, 1 tablespoon rum, 1 tablespoon agave, and 1/2 tablespoon lime juice until smooth.
  4. To assemble the cocktail, pour a layer of the frozen pineapple mixture into glasses, followed by a layer of the frozen strawberry mixture, and then the frozen mango mixture. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
