Ingredients

  • 4 oz. frozen strawberries
  • 1.50 oz. white rum
  • 0.50 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.50 oz. coconut cream
  • 1 oz. coconut rum (can also use white rum)
  • 0.50 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup ice
  • Shredded coconut (if desired)
  • 2 small strawberries (if desired)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, white rum, 0.5 oz simple syrup, and coconut cream. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass.
  3. Rinse the blender, then blend the coconut rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and ice until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the coconut mixture over the strawberry mixture in the glass.
  5. If desired, top with shredded coconut and a small strawberry as a garnish.
