Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 1/4 oz Benedictine
  • 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 oz Heering cherry liqueur
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Chilled club soda, to top
  • Garnish: 1 orange slice
  • Garnish: 1 cherry

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, Benedictine, Grand Marnier, Heering cherry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top with chilled club soda.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
