Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 1-1.50 oz rum
  • Ice
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Before serving, stir the coquito and remove the cinnamon stick.
  4. Serve the coquito over ice, add 1-1.5 oz of rum, and stir gently.
  5. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top before serving.
