Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1-1.50 oz rum
- Ice
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Before serving, stir the coquito and remove the cinnamon stick.
- Serve the coquito over ice, add 1-1.5 oz of rum, and stir gently.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top before serving.
