Ingredients

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz Jamaican rum
  • 1/2 oz Trader Vic's macadamia nut liqueur
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz orgeat
  • Garnish: freshly ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine the white rum, Jamaican rum, macadamia nut liqueur, orgeat, and lime juice.
  2. Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
