Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/8 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Cream of Coconut
  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Spread honey on a small plate and coconut flakes on another small plate.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass in honey, followed by coconut flakes.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine pineapple juice, Cream of Coconut, coconut extract, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  4. Shake well until chilled, for just a few seconds.
