Ingredients
- 1.50 oz White Rum
- 0.85 oz Cointreau Liqueur
- 0.85 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.50 oz Almond Syrup
- 1.70 oz Fresh Pineapple or Orange Juice
- 0.50 oz Dark rum
- Ice
- Maraschino Cherries, Lime or Mint to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the white rum, Cointreau, lime juice, almond syrup, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with cubed or crushed ice.
- Slowly pour the dark rum over the top of the drink.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, pineapple slice, or lime.
