Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz White Rum
  • 0.85 oz Cointreau Liqueur
  • 0.85 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.50 oz Almond Syrup
  • 1.70 oz Fresh Pineapple or Orange Juice
  • 0.50 oz Dark rum
  • Ice
  • Maraschino Cherries, Lime or Mint to garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the white rum, Cointreau, lime juice, almond syrup, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with cubed or crushed ice.
  5. Slowly pour the dark rum over the top of the drink.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, pineapple slice, or lime.
