Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 6 fl oz pineapple juice
  • 2-4 cups carbonated water
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • Coconut Rum (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large blender, combine pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4-6 glasses.
  3. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of carbonated water into each glass and garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.
