Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce Blue Curaçao
  • 1 ounce COCO REAL Cream of Coconut
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 pineapple wedge
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker about 3/4 full with ice.
  2. Add the white rum, Blue Curaçao, Cream of Coconut, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients for 15 to 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
  6. Serve with a straw.
