Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/8 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Cream of Coconut
  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • cocktail shaker

Instructions

  1. Spread honey on the rim of the glass and dip it in coconut flakes.
  2. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture until chilled.
  4. Pour into the prepared glass and enjoy.
