Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar, for rimming champagne flute
- Pineapple wedge
- 1/6 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut milk (not canned)
- 1/6 bottle champagne, cava, or prosecco
- Whipped topping, for serving
Instructions
- Sprinkle sugar onto a shallow dish. Run a pineapple wedge around the rim of a champagne flute and dip it in sugar. Set aside.
- In a glass, stir together pineapple juice and coconut milk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared champagne flute.
