  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 heaping cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp Lyre's White Cane Spirit or cold water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1/2 lime)
  • 1/2 tbsp agave nectar, light or amber

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen and fresh pineapple chunks, Lyre's White Cane Spirit or cold water, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, using a tamper tool to ensure no unblended chunks remain.
