Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces pineapple-infused Square One Organic vodka
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple puree
  • 1 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez cream of coconut
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple-infused vodka, cream of coconut, heavy cream, pineapple puree, and Angostura bitters with 10 ounces of ice.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a highball or Hurricane glass.
