Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 tbsp egg white
- 1/4 tsp sweetened cocoa powder
- Garnish: semisweet chocolate, freshly grated
Instructions
- Combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, simple syrup, egg white, and cocoa powder in a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a dusting of freshly grated chocolate.
