Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 tbsp egg white
  • 1/4 tsp sweetened cocoa powder
  • Garnish: semisweet chocolate, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, simple syrup, egg white, and cocoa powder in a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with a dusting of freshly grated chocolate.
