Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • 1/4 teaspoon sweetened cocoa powder
  • Garnish: semisweet chocolate, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the vodka, chocolate liqueur, simple syrup, egg white, and sweetened cocoa powder.
  2. Dry-shake the mixture vigorously without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
