Ingredients

  • 1 egg (chalazae removed)
  • Zest of 1 lime (peeled thickly)
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2.50 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 1.50 oz rum
  • 1/4 tsp Angostura Bitters
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg with the lime zest until pale and aerated.
  2. While still whisking, pour in the condensed milk.
  3. Continuing to whisk, pour in the evaporated milk.
  4. Stir in the rum and Angostura Bitters.
  5. Sprinkle ground nutmeg and stir through.
  6. Remove the lime peel and pour the mixture into a glass.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
