Ingredients
- 1 egg (chalazae removed)
- Zest of 1 lime (peeled thickly)
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 2.50 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1.50 oz rum
- 1/4 tsp Angostura Bitters
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Whisk the egg with the lime zest until pale and aerated.
- While still whisking, pour in the condensed milk.
- Continuing to whisk, pour in the evaporated milk.
- Stir in the rum and Angostura Bitters.
- Sprinkle ground nutmeg and stir through.
- Remove the lime peel and pour the mixture into a glass.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
