Ingredients

  • 1 tomatillo, husked, washed, and cored
  • 1 medium green tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 small cucumber
  • 1 sprig each fresh cilantro and flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 serrano chile, seeded
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 1 scallion, for garnish
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the tomatillo, green tomato, garlic, cucumber, cilantro, parsley, and serrano chile, then blend until smooth.
  2. Season the mixture with a pinch of kosher salt.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the tomatillo mixture and vodka.
  4. Garnish with scallion and lime wedge.
