Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz. Persian lime olive oil-washed gin, preferably Bombay Sapphire
- 1 1/3 oz. sugar snap pea-infused blanc vermouth, preferably Dolin Blanc
- 1/4 oz. verjus
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice.
- Stir until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
