Ingredients

- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. fresh orange juice
- 2 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
- Twist of orange peel, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine egg white, rum, white wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and fresh orange juice.
