Ingredients
- 3.50 oz milk chocolate
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 10.60 oz evaporated milk (7.5% fat)
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz half-and-half
- 10.50 oz whiskey
Instructions
- Roughly chop the milk chocolate and then grate it for 10 seconds on level 9 in the Thermomix.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in 3 tablespoons of hot water along with 5 tablespoons of the evaporated milk. Heat the mixture to 122 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes to melt the chocolate. Ensure that the coffee is completely dissolved.
- Add the remaining evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half (or a mixture of milk and cream), and whiskey to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Mix the ingredients slowly on level 1, gradually increasing to level 3 for about 30 seconds. Do not increase the speed to avoid whipping the cream or curdling.
- Pour the mixture into sterilized bottles and refrigerate.
