Ingredients
- 3.50 oz milk chocolate
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 10.60 oz evaporated milk (7.5% fat)
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz half-and-half
- 10.50 oz whiskey
Instructions
- Roughly chop or break the chocolate, then grate it for 10 seconds on level 9. Scrape it down with a spatula.
- Melt the chocolate by adding the instant coffee granules, hot water, and 5 tablespoons of evaporated milk. Heat to 122 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes to melt the chocolate, ensuring the coffee is completely dissolved.
- Mix in the remaining evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half, and whiskey. Start mixing slowly for about 30 seconds, increasing to level 3 but avoiding whipping the cream or making it curdle.
- Pour the mixture into sterilized bottles and refrigerate.
