Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold loomi tea
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey or simple sugar syrup
  • 2 Tbsp rum
  • 1/4 tsp angostura bitters
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jug, muddle the mint leaves with a splash of loomi tea.
  2. Add the remaining loomi tea, honey, rum, and bitters. Shake well.
  3. Place the ice cubes in a glass.
  4. Strain the cocktail over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
