The Pomegranate Rose Fizz
The Pomegranate Rose Fizz is a refreshing and elegant cocktail that combines floral and botanical flavors with a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients
- Water (for ice cubes)
- Pomegranate seeds (arils)
- 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
- 1 oz dry gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 0.50 oz Aperol
- 3 drops rose water
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade
Instructions
- Fill an ice cube tray with water and add several pomegranate seeds to each well. Freeze until solid.
- In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled tea, gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water, stirring well to mix.
- Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
- Pour the mixture over the ice cubes in the glass.
- Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade.
