Ingredients

  • Water (for ice cubes)
  • Pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.50 oz Aperol
  • 3 drops rose water
  • Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade

Instructions

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with water and add several pomegranate seeds to each well. Freeze until solid.
  2. In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled tea, gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water, stirring well to mix.
  3. Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ice cubes in the glass.
  5. Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade.
