Ingredients
- 1 oz coffee-infused vodka
- 0.50 oz Ancho Reyes
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 0.25 oz walnut liqueur
- 1 egg white
- Dark beer
Instructions
- Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
- Pour dark beer into the glass, filling it halfway.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine coffee-infused vodka, Ancho Reyes, honey syrup, walnut liqueur, and egg white.
- Dry shake the ingredients for at least 20 seconds.
- Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again for 10 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture over the dark beer, allowing the cocktail to float on top.
