Ingredients

  • 1 oz coffee-infused vodka
  • 0.50 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 0.25 oz honey syrup
  • 0.25 oz walnut liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • Dark beer

Instructions

  1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Pour dark beer into the glass, filling it halfway.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine coffee-infused vodka, Ancho Reyes, honey syrup, walnut liqueur, and egg white.
  4. Dry shake the ingredients for at least 20 seconds.
  5. Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again for 10 seconds.
  6. Double strain the mixture over the dark beer, allowing the cocktail to float on top.
