Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Cognac (such as Courvoisier)
- 2 oz Champagne
- 0.25 oz Chartreuse liqueur
Instructions
- Place a sugar cube in a coupe glass and saturate it with Angostura bitters.
- Add a handful of cracked ice cubes and pour in the Cognac.
