Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 orange
  • 4 oz dry red wine
  • 2 oz brandy
  • 2 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 apple, cored and diced
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, combine the sugar and 1/4 cup water. Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool completely and add to a large pitcher.
  2. Slice the orange and add to the pitcher. Squeeze juice from the remaining orange into the pitcher.
  3. Add the red wine, brandy, Triple Sec, cinnamon sticks, and diced apple to the pitcher.
  4. Chill until cold or serve over ice.
