Ingredients

  • 2 (2 oz.) scoops coconut gelato
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 oz. Gran Centenario Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 to 3 pieces candied pineapple (optional, for garnish)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut gelato, frozen pineapple, tequila, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with candied pineapple on a skewer and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
