Ingredients

  • 1 shot Espolon Tequila Blanco
  • 8 oz Jarritos Toronja or other Grapefruit Soda
  • Ice
  • 1 cup frozen Goya Passion Fruit Pulp
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 shot Espolon Tequila Reposado
  • Sparkling water or Soda
  • Colored sugar for rim

Instructions

  1. In a glass with ice, pour 1 shot of Espolon Tequila Blanco.
  2. Top off with Jarritos Toronja soda.
  3. Garnish with a lime.
  4. In a blender, add the frozen Goya Passion Fruit Pulp broken into chunks.
  5. Add simple syrup, Espolon Tequila Reposado, juice of 1 lime, and a few more ice cubes.
  6. Blend to a puree until it's icy and slushy.
  7. Taste and add sparkling water to suit your tastes. Mix.
  8. Dampen the rim of the glass and dip in colored sugar.
  9. Pour cocktail and enjoy.
