Tea-Infused Frozen Margarita
A refreshing frozen Margarita with a twist, infused with the flavors of orange pekoe tea and garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 ounce lime juice blend (3 parts Persian lime juice to 1 part Key lime juice)
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
- 1/2 cup Iced Tea cubes (see Editor's Note)
Instructions
- If desired, rim a glass with salt or Tajín.
- Combine the blanco tequila, lime juice blend, Cointreau, and rich simple syrup in a blender with Iced Tea cubes.
- Blend for 5 seconds on the lowest speed, then blend at high speed for 10 seconds.
- Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
