Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce lime juice blend (3 parts Persian lime juice to 1 part Key lime juice)
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1/2 ounce rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
  • 1/2 cup Iced Tea cubes (see Editor's Note)

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim a glass with salt or Tajín.
  2. Combine the blanco tequila, lime juice blend, Cointreau, and rich simple syrup in a blender with Iced Tea cubes.
  3. Blend for 5 seconds on the lowest speed, then blend at high speed for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
