Ingredients
- 2 oz Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 0.33 oz Lemon juice
- 0.33 oz ginger liquor
- 0.50 oz sugar syrup
- 0.50 oz red wine (shiraz preferred)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, ginger liquor, and sugar syrup.
- Shake well and strain the mixture into a tall glass.
- Carefully float the red wine on top of the drink.
- Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
- Enjoy your drink.
