Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 0.33 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.33 oz ginger liquor
  • 0.50 oz sugar syrup
  • 0.50 oz red wine (shiraz preferred)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, ginger liquor, and sugar syrup.
  2. Shake well and strain the mixture into a tall glass.
  3. Carefully float the red wine on top of the drink.
  4. Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
  5. Enjoy your drink.
