Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz peach nectar
  • 4 oz cloudy lemonade
  • a few sliced strawberries
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • 2-3 mint sprigs
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large jug, combine the freshly squeezed lemon and lime juices.
  2. Add the thinly sliced lemon and lime, followed by a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the peach nectar to fill about one-third of the jug.
  4. Top up the jug with the cloudy lemonade.
  5. Add the sliced strawberries to the mixture.
  6. Finally, pour in the sparkling water to fill the jug, and garnish with mint sprigs.
  7. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients together.
  8. Serve over ice in individual glasses and enjoy!
