Sunset Palomaperitivo
A refreshing aperitif cocktail with Bianco Vermouth, Suze, Calvados, and grapefruit soda, offering a delightful twist on the classic Paloma.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz Bianco Vermouth, preferably Bordiga Vermouth Bianco
- 3/4 oz Suze
- 3/4 oz Calvados, preferably Roger Groult 3
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit (chilled)
Instructions
- Fill a mixing tin with ice.
- Add Bianco Vermouth, Suze, Calvados, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and a pinch of salt to the tin.
- Shake the mixture until chilled.
- Fine-strain the cocktail into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top the cocktail with chilled grapefruit soda.
