Ingredients
- 1/3 orange, chopped
- 1/3 pear, chopped
- 1/3 lemon, 1 chopped, juice of 1/3 lemon
- 1/3 cup red berries (strawberries and cherries), chopped
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- ice
- 5 oz light red wine
- 1 oz Spanish brandy
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- Place the chopped fruit in a bowl and sprinkle over the sugar and cinnamon, then stir to coat.
- Cover and leave the fruit to macerate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
- Fill a large jug with ice.
- Stir the macerated fruit mixture to ensure the sugar is dissolved, then tip into the jug with the wine and brandy.
- Stir the mixture in the jug.
- Top up with the sparkling water.
- Serve and enjoy!
