Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz rum
  • 4 oz Sprite
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint, strawberries, lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Remove the tops from the strawberries and slice them into a glass, then add the mint leaves.
  2. Squeeze the lime into the glass.
  3. Add the pineapple juice and rum.
  4. Muddle the strawberries and mint leaves until the strawberries are broken up into small pieces.
  5. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with Sprite.
  6. Stir to mix and garnish with fresh strawberries, lime slices, and fresh mint.
